ParTee Pros Tent & Party Rentals is locally owned by Chris and Tom, two Huntington Station guys and Walt Whitman High alums with 10 years of tent experience.
We rent high peak tents, tables and chairs for birthdays, graduation parties, communions, backyard weddings, showers and corporate events — and we bring the setup so you can bring the celebration.

What areas do you serve?
We're based in Huntington Station and serve all of Long Island, Nassau and Suffolk counties. Don't see your town listed? Just ask.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Free local delivery and setup are included. Delivery fees may apply for locations farther out, so tell us your town when you ask for a quote and we'll let you know up front.
Do you set up and take down?
Yes. We deliver, set up and take everything down. We bring the tent, tables and chairs, have everything ready before your event and take it all down afterward, so you can just enjoy the party.
When do you deliver and set up?
We deliver and set up on or before your event day, between 8 AM and 7 PM. Your rental runs until noon the day after your event.
What size tent do I need?
Start with how many guests you want seated:
- Up to 20 guests: Pitch & Putt, 20x20 tent (from $399)
- Up to 40 guests: Par 3, 20x20 tent (from $475)
- Up to 60 guests: Par 4, 20x30 tent (from $625)
- Up to 80 guests: Par 5, 20x40 tent (from $875)
- Up to 96 guests: Par 6, 20x50 tent (from $1,100)

What kind of chairs are included?
Pitch & Putt, Par 3 and Par 4 come with white folding chairs. Par 5 and Par 6 come with resin chairs.
Do you have sidewalls and other extras?
Yes. Sidewalls are available, along with tent lighting, tablecloths and coolers. Just let us know what you'd like when you request a quote and we'll include pricing.
How do deposits and payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date when you book. The remaining balance is due one day before your event. We accept credit card, ACH bank transfer or cash.
Is sales tax included?
Package prices don't include sales tax. New York sales tax (8.625% in both Nassau and Suffolk) is added to your total.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel 8 or more days before your event, you'll get 50% of the rental fee back. Cancellations within 7 days of the event aren't refundable.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety always comes first. If the weather makes conditions unsafe for a tent, we'll work with you and may need to reschedule.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Spring and summer weekends, especially graduation and communion season, tend to fill up first. If your date is coming up soon, still reach out and we'll check availability.
